Getting started with D20.World

(For GMs, read this intro to get started)

D20.World is a website where you as a player can organize notes for your table-top RPG-games (ttRPG). It requires that your GM registers here too, and sets up the NPCs of the world where your campaign is taking place.

As a player, all you need to do to get started is to:

• simply create a character
• and assign it a campaign code

Your GM (Game Master/Dungeon Master) will provide you with the campaign code.

If you want to add a picture to your character:

• you can upload it through the Gallery
• and then assign it by clicking on your character's image area on the characters-page.

Once you have joined a campaign you will be able to:

• see all NPCs in the system that you have met so far in your campaign
• add public & private notes to each NPC
• write down session notes (private)
• see fellow adventurers

You can also

• read the public notes of your fellow adventurers
• and your GM's if they wish to share them.

D20.World is still in the very early beta-stage, with several functions still under development. If you find something broken or wish to suggest any features for this site I'd love to hear from you. Just shoot an email to hi@d20.world.
